Summary
This study introduces a project for requesting material and moral aid to the Provincial Governments of Bizkaia and Gipuzkoa, as well as to the State as a whole. Different tables of information on the fishing population are provided, and it is proposed to found a "Federation Institute of Basque Fishermen" that will cover the religious, economic (foundation of a cooperative), personal and familiar provision (pensions) and intellectual needs of the fishermen´s social collective
