Summary

This work includes a study on the real estate market in rustic terrains of a peri-urban Protected Natural Space such as the Urdaibai Biosphere Reservation. Two contrary tendencies that are the object of the analysis can be observed in this enclave; on one hand, demand increases continuously and on the other hand there is a very limited offer.
