Throughout the Basque Congresses, the importance that is conceded to education and to problem solving. The Congresses at Oñati, Pamplona and Gernika-Lumo are analyzed with reference to the conferences on education that were delivered. The common point of these Congresses is the diffusion of European educational systems and the search of applicable solutions to the Basque Country
