Summary

This project is intended to formulate concrete proposals that would allow social sciences teachers in secondary education to introduce the pupil to history studies, above all to local and recent history. Local history is not localist as it presents the same phenomena as general history, albeit at another level. A bibliography on local history of the Basque Country is provided
