Summary

The task of this article is to set up an analysis about meanings (from a semiotic point of view) that electronic dance music takes in a leisure context and its social interplay. With help of the feminist musicology, the queer approach and the cultural studies. I try to offer a critical vision of the process in which identities and subjetivities are configured in relation to gender construction.
