The phenomenon of low-intensity growth experienced in Bizkaia over the last few years is transforming not only our territory but also our style of life and both our family and social relationships. The density of population is high and the territory is scarce, which makes the current tendency to colonise the territory by means of low-density urbanisations even more unsustainable.
