Summary

The present publication collects the content of the Conference on the European Union Charter of Fundamental Rights organised by the Law Section of Eusko Ikaskuntza and held in the Miramar Palace in San Sebastian on 18th May 2001. In the motions presented, university professors specialised in Community Law and Fundamental Laws offer us a legal and technical analysis of the mentioned Charter. In addition to the analysis carried out from these perspectives, representatives from different political parties also analyse the Charter from a political perspective.
