Summary

The Friends of the Fine Arts and Modern Art Museum Society carried out their priceless activity 1950 and 1970. Surprisingly, their artistic, Educational and informational work has scarcely been studied and when so, it has not been done in depth; hence, not granting this society the real important role it played in Bilbao. In this article we will point out their most prominent contributions, cultural and artistic cycles as well as the countless exhibition they organized.
