Summary

This paper examines the evolution that has taken place in the regulations on trade union freedom and industrial action with respect to foreigners in Spain until the current situation was reached. Likewise, it deals with the problems of the current regulations; indeed it is not enough to merely recognise these rights, when in practice it is not possible to exercise them.
