Summary

After analysing the primitive forms of property, an analysis is made of the political federation and the ius gentium of the Roman state, which allowed for the consolidation of the neighbourhood community within the Vascon civitates. The rights of neighbours are later recognised in local and general statutes, both to communal and private property. Such conquests imply a reduction of the property regime.
