ABSTRACT
This issue opens with two studies on entrepreneurship in the rural environment and in the metropolitan areas of the Basque Autonomous Community and the Statutory Community of Navarre. Information and Communication Technologies as connecting factors between Europe and Latin America occupy philosopher Javier Echeverría, whereas Daniel Innerarity writes on his teaching and research trajectory. Also from a philosophical point of view, Professor Nicanor Ursua explores the possibility of a critical epistemology applicable to all sciences and knowledge. Besides, there is also an article in English analysing attitudes on life imprisonment in various political circles.
