Between October and December, sessions of this creative reflection will be held throughout the Basque Country. Tickets will be available from 8 October at a special price.
Combining dance, music, theatre and contemporary languages, EzBerdin Berdinak uses movement as a metaphor for history, diversity and the transmission of Basque culture. It is an artistic and participatory experience that promotes critical thinking about contemporary Basque identity, the role of the Basque language and culture in a plural society.
EzBerdin Berdinak is a work developed within the framework of the 19th Congress of Basque Studies, with the participation of Kukai Dantza Taldea, among others, along with many other artists and guests. Bilbao, Pamplona, Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port, Vitoria-Gasteiz and Donostia-San Sebastián will host the sessions from October until the end of the year. All the sessions scheduled will be special and moving, touching us deeply, and aimed at all kinds of people.
The audience will not only enjoy the artistic piece, but will also be able to interact, express themselves, question and contribute to a collective reflection aimed at building community and dialogue between generations and territories. It will therefore be an aesthetic experience that challenges participants emotionally and intellectually.
Tickets will go on sale on 8 October, and members of Eusko Ikaskuntza will have priority when purchasing them.
