The Basque Council of Culture and the Basque Government incorporated the Basque Plan of Culture - Kulturaren Euskal Plana (KEP) in 2004. This tribune is a chance to re ect thereon with three components: a strictly personal outlook on the problems of culture, globalisation and cultural policy in the Basque case. There is also an explanation of the most relevant elements of the KEP and that are to mark Basque cultural policy for at least ten years. There is also a note on certain matters related with the development of that strategic plan.
