Summary
In the present article an analysis is made of the nutritional characteristics of milk adapted to the nourishment of children, that, according to the method devised by Dr. Gaertner, used to be obtained in the institution designated "The milk drop" from San Sebastian. A milk sample has been obtained following this method.
