Starting from a deep belief in the human being and in his or her capacity for autonomous organisation, this co-operative experience emerges. An unquestionable natural leader led this experience for many years, and the corporation now occupies a pre-eminent space in the world of co-operativism. One of the reasons for its development is explained by the constant capacity of adjustment to the changing environment, maintaining its founding principles but adapting its formal expression to the interpretations of the generations that have succeeded each other in the leadership of the proyect.
