The Basque Parliament published the main historical work of Oihenart on the celebration of the fourth centennial of his birth. The work was published in its original text and in the Spanish version by Gorosterratzu. The author considers that they did not take advantage of the occasion to make a critical edition for the use of scholars, together with a better Spanish version
