"Basque Cultural Heritage" and "Common Heritage of Humanity" are concepts that are habitually used in the most diverse levels. Although they are imprecise concepts, which are difficult to outline, we should verify their existence, distinguish them and analyse their compatibility. This is not a trivial matter as various juridical regimes and sets of rights and obligations derive from it for title bearers and the rest of the citizens.
