This article aims to explore the importance of planning and developing social dialogue processes for real change in the urban development model, that leaves behind growth and speculation and is directed towards collectively rethinking the city already built; with the aim of improving it, in terms of accessibility and for the benefit of all the people who live in it and, in some cases, suffer from it.
