Through documentation from archives-fundamentally of a procedural type- a reconstruction is made in this communication of the Basque language that was really spoken in Basque territories in the 16th and 19th centuries, which is reflected in judicial minutes with painstaking consistency. This invites us to carry out systematic research from the field of philology in such sources, which have not been used much to document the history of the Basque language and its social use during this period.
