At a time like the present, in which there is a complete lack of values, we must make a considerable effort in order to claim, from different perspectives, something inherent in human beings: their culture. A culture that Julian Apraiz Saenz del Burgo participated in throughout a highly turbulent period, transmitting it to future generations through his work and our remembrance of him.
