Summary

In 2016 the small Erredakzioa laboratory opened its doors to work around typographic technologies and journalistic production processes. 'Minerva-El reportaje Ilustrado-Erreportaje Ilustratua’ was created, a publication that claims to be heir to the illustrated magazines of the 19th century and which is printed using mixed techniques (typesetting and typesetting, screen printing and digital printing). It is about reflecting on the application of art processes to the printed press and its teaching. Erredakzioa recovers the spirit of the Arts & Crafts movement and the practices of its main promoter William Morris by slowing down production times, encouraging contrasted texts and artisan work. The laboratory is the extension of the Gallery and Engraving Workshop La Taller (Bilbao), directed by M. Martínez de Arenaza.
