Summary

The following communication is about the process of regulation of pensions for Biskaian artists that the provincial Diputation of Vizcaya carried out between 1889 and 1912. There were only two official regulations, edited in 1902 and 1912 respectively, together with the previous one dated in 1889. Emphasis will be made, however, on the 1902 regulation, which was used even after the 1912 regulation.
