This issue of AZKOAGA contains five projects on social and corporate topics. The first of these, "Training in Leadership and Development of Working Teams", by several authors, is based on the study of a series of groups belonging to a big company in the Basque Country. The intention is to prove the efficiency of training in leadership for relationship improvement and work efficiency. The second, "Organisation par Projet et Nouvelles Technologies de l?Information" by M. Fillet, edited in French, tries to analyse the impact of technological evolution in the treatment of information within the Theory of Corporate Organisation. A third work "Trajectories des Petites Firmes Cooperatives dans des Secteurs d?Activités Innovants" by X. Larralde, also in French, is based on the study of the evolution of a concrete company in Bayonne. It tries to contrast the theories (especially the neo-classical ones) with the real evolution of the company by examining the great importance (which, in the author?s opinion, is quite undervalued by theories) of the configuration of the company. Another work, "Experience and Perspective in Urban Regeneration within Western European Countries", by several authors, analyses various experiences in several European cities on regeneration and preservation of ancient urban quarters, a hot issue in present times. Finally, "Education, Training and Employment in the Basque Autonomous Community. The Individual and Local Employment Initiatives" by J. D. Reboredo, tries to study the importance of individual and local initiatives in job creation with a special emphasis on educational measures.
